The resort features a digital entrance gate with security cameras, additional emergency exit, and a gated community with tall perimeter fencing. Novaura Garden is situated in the heart of Santa Maria, boasting a central location. The name Novaura Garden takes its name from Mgr. Nieuwindt, the clergyman behind the  network of churches that gave rise to the Santa Maria neighborhood.
